We ship to the United States and have options for our Canadian customers!
Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Once your order has shipped, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier (we usually use USPS. UPS is used if it will get that order to you faster) and destination, but most packages will arrive in 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). This estimate does not include the processing time of the order.

United States: Other locations outside of the continent, $9.99.- Alaska

Shipping Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages:
Cottontail Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unexpected events outside of our control. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with the tracking information we provide for you. Please also ensure your shipping address at checkout is correct. We use the exact address you have entered and are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s how our returns work:
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a shipping label for you, and will subtract this amount from your refund. Original shipping cost is also not refunded. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or odors will not be accepted. Because we are a small, quality-focused brand, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. To start a return, please email us at info@cottontailclothing.net with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. Customers are welcome to return eligible items according to our return policy and either place a new order if the desired item is available or receive store credit.
Refunds and Store Credit
Refunds and store credit are issued after we receive the returned item and inspect it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit may be issued in place of a refund and is provided as a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.
