Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s how our returns work:
Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a shipping label for you, and will subtract this amount from your refund. Original shipping cost is also not refunded.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or odors will not be accepted.

Because we are a small, quality-focused brand, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
- To start a return, please email us at info@cottontailclothing.net with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. Customers are welcome to return eligible items according to our return policy and either place a new order if the desired item is available or receive store credit.
Refunds and Store Credit
- Refunds and store credit are issued after we receive the returned item and inspect it.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Store credit may be issued in place of a refund and is provided as a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.
